Terms and Conditions – 59c Platform Rules and Guidelines

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 59c ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on or using the 59c platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the 59c platform in any way. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms apply to all areas of the 59c platform including but not limited to Sports Betting, Casino, Slots, Live Casino, Fish Games, Game Lobby, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and all promotional offers. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions or game types and will be communicated to you at the point of participation.

To register and use 59c you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The 59c platform is strictly for adults. We do not allow persons under 18 to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be registering and playing for yourself as a private individual, not on behalf of any business, group or third party.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from online gaming platforms. If you have previously requested self-exclusion and that period has not expired, you are not eligible to register.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor or agent of 59c, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must be accessing the platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes only.

59c reserves the right to decline registration or close an existing account at its discretion if it determines that an eligibility requirement has not been or is no longer being met.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the 59c platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using your own identity, a different name, a different email address or any other means — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts associated with you, with all balances and pending winnings forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. You are responsible for keeping your account details current. If your contact information changes, update it through your account settings promptly.

• Your username and password are personal to you. Do not share them with anyone, including friends or family members.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately and change your password without delay.
• 59c will never ask for your password by email, chat or phone. Do not share it with anyone claiming to be from 59c support.

All deposits and withdrawals on 59c are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and other approved mobile wallets. Available methods are displayed at the point of deposit.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account balance promptly after confirmation by the payment provider. Processing times vary by method.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless you have verified an alternative method with our team.
• 59c does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The name on your payment account must match the name on your 59c account.
• We reserve the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first-time or large withdrawals.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your gaming balance and wagered.

59c processes withdrawal requests in the order they are received. Processing times depend on the payment method selected and any verification requirements applicable to your account at the time of the request. We aim to process all verified withdrawal requests promptly.

59c offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, sports betting reload bonuses and seasonal promotions tied to Cricket events such as PSL and T20 internationals.

• Each bonus or promotion has its own specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games and expiry dates. These terms are published alongside each offer.
• Bonus funds are separate from your real-money balance. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless an offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Systematic or professional bonus exploitation — including but not limited to matched betting strategies using 59c bonus funds — is prohibited.
• 59c reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, amend its terms or cancel a player's eligibility for a promotion at any time if misuse is suspected.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the normal wagering completion process.

All sports bets, casino game rounds, slot spins and other gaming activity on 59c are subject to the specific rules of each game or market. These rules are displayed within each game or betting market and form part of your agreement with 59c.

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the platform, except where a cash-out option is explicitly available and offered for that specific bet.
• 59c reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a technical error, pricing error or data feed failure has resulted in clearly incorrect odds being offered.
• For Cricket and other live sports, in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data. Delays between real-world events and data feeds are normal; 59c is not liable for bets placed based on information that was already outdated at the time of placement.
• Game outcomes in casino, slots and fish games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Results are final and cannot be appealed on the basis of perceived unfairness.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per game. These are displayed before bet placement and cannot be exceeded.

In the event of a genuine technical fault that affects a game round or bet outcome — such as a disconnection during a live casino round — 59c will review the session logs and apply the fairest resolution based on the state of play at the time of the fault. The decision of 59c in such matters is final.

59c is committed to maintaining a fair and honest gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game or market.
• Any form of money laundering, including using 59c to cycle funds through deposit and withdrawal without genuine gaming activity.
• Providing false personal information during registration or identity verification.
• Using chargeback mechanisms through your bank or payment provider to reclaim deposited funds while retaining gaming winnings.

Your privacy matters to us. 59c collects and processes personal information only to the extent necessary to operate your account, process payments and comply with our obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

• Personal data collected includes your name, contact details, date of birth, payment information and gaming activity records.
• Payment data is handled securely using SSL encryption. We do not store full card details on our servers.
• We may share account and transaction information with payment processors such as JazzCash and Easypaisa as necessary to complete your transactions.

59c provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or the complete absence of technical errors.

• 59c is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, game errors, connectivity issues or events outside our reasonable control.
• We are not responsible for losses incurred due to your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses arising from account suspension or bonus forfeiture resulting from a breach.
• Gaming losses are not recoverable. When you place a bet or spin a game, you accept the possibility of losing the staked amount. This is a fundamental aspect of gaming and is not a platform error.
• 59c's total liability to you under these Terms, in the event of a proven platform error that affected your account, is limited to the direct financial impact of that specific error on your account balance.

59c reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification where reasonably practicable.

The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the 59c platform after the updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account.

Minor clarifications, formatting changes or corrections that do not materially affect player rights may be made without specific notification. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
